    Arrests made in Morgan Hill fast-food restaurant robberies

    MORGAN HILL – A pair of 23-year-old Morgan Hill men were arrested on suspicion of robbing the same fast-food restaurant twice in the past month, police said. The robberies occurred Dec. 13 and Dec. 20 at the Burger King at 1107 Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill, the Morgan Hill Police Department said in a news release Tuesday. The suspects demanded money and employees provided cash from the registers, according to police. Both times, the suspects escaped on foot. Police said an investigation led to the identification of both suspects. They were arrested Dec. 21 in Morgan Hill. During a search

    In-N-Out sues Michigan fast food restaurant Doll n’ Burgers for similar look

    So it may come as no surprise that In-N-Out has filed yet another copyright infringement lawsuit. This time, the fast food chain is suing a Michigan restaurant called Doll n’ Burgers, with locations in Tecumseh and Jackson, according to the Daily Telegram. In-N-Out is reportedly claiming Doll n’ Burgers has borrowed a little too liberally from its signature look, from a white, red and yellow color scheme to employees dressed in white shirts, red aprons and paper hats. In the lawsuit, reports the Daily Telegram, In-N-Out also mentions the restaurant’s similar “white cups with red graphics; open-ended burger wrappers;

    Fast-food employees protest treatment, lack of safety supplies in front of Folsom restaurant

    FOLSOM, Calif. (KTXL) — Local fast-food workers told FOX40 the conditions they’ve been forced to work under need to change, and it is the reason why they hit the picket line Tuesday in Folsom.     A number of businesses across the United States are faced with operating with fewer employees, but one viral TikTok showcased a fully-staffed burger joint in Kent, Washington, while noting that the 15 people working earned $20 per hour. In her TikTok that has received almost 780,000 views since it was posted on October 23, user missadriennek wrote that the Dick’s Burgers location was fully staffed, and her order of two cheeseburgers, one deluxe cheeseburger, two orders of fries, one shake and one float came out to be about $20.     Police in Texas say ‘armed citizen’ shot robbers at fast-food restaurant, killing 1 suspect | National

    (FOX NEWS) — Texas authorities say an armed customer intervened during the attempted robbery of a fried chicken fast food restaurant, fatally wounding one gunman and sending a second suspect struck by gunfire to the hospital. Port Arthur police responded around 8:45 p.m. Friday to an aggravated robbery happening at the Church’s Chicken location at 1849 Jefferson Drive.
