Lauren Hubert (@sororitynutritionist) shared the five foods in a video with over 300,000 TikTok followers.

“5 lazy girl proteins from Whole Foods for fat loss,” she said.

First on her list were turkey meatballs, which the nutritionist said were leaner than regular meatballs and a great way to add protein to a pasta meal.

Next were coconut-breaded chicken breast tenders: “I love making these in my air fryer into wraps and salads,” she said.

Another great option for salads was tuna fish, which the dietitian said was always in her pantry.

“Can’t talk about lazy girl cooking without chicken or turkey deli meat,” she added.

Last but not least, she opted for Greek yogurt for easy and delicious protein.

“Even if you don’t have dairy in your diet, you can choose these brands of yogurt for 10 grams of protein,” she said, picking up some Siggis yogurt.

People took to the comments to share their thoughts.

“Thank you for including dairy-free options!” said one commenter.

“I’m loving these ideas, can we change the name to tired girl foods,” joked another.
